The Flipped Trilby is a community-created headwear item for the Scout. It appears as a trilby hat worn backwards, the back end of the rim folded down in a uniform ring, and the creases on the crown smoothed out.

Previous changes
- The hat is added to the Mann Co. Store, made craftable, and included in random drops.
- The hat was made paintable.
- The hat's paint texture was fixed.
Trivia
- Before being released in the Australian Christmas, The Flipped Trilby was released as a downloadable skin in the Fancy vs. Nasty Update, created by Mister Royzo.
- The name "trilby" derives from the stage adaptation of George du Maurier's 1894 novel "Trilby".
