Halloween Masks are headwear items wearable by all classes. Similar in appearance to the Mildly Disturbing Halloween Mask, each mask is a brown paper bag depicting a crudely-drawn face of a class with orange devil horns. Any mask can be worn by any class.
The masks first appeared in the Scream Fortress event. They can be obtained in the Mann Manor map during the annual Haunted Halloween Special Event, where a Haunted Halloween Gift would appear every five minutes on a server with 10 or more non-bot players. Should a player collect all nine individual masks, crafting them together will produce the Saxton Hale Mask, and reward the player with the Sackston Hale achievement.
These masks are holiday restricted to Template:W and Full Moon events. The Haunted Halloween Gift will not appear on Mann Manor outside of the annual Haunted Halloween Special Event, and as such these items are only obtainable by trading any other time. Only the Saxton Hale Mask lacks a holiday restriction, and may be worn at any time throughout the year.
