Tarnish notte the majesty of my TOWER of HATS.

The Towering Pillar of Hats is a cosmetic item for all classes. It is a stack of three hats, consisting of a boater with a black ribbon perched atop a Noble Amassment of Hats.

The item's description was written by Valve, but was also submitted, with an attribution, as an entry during the Hat Describing Contest.
