Skull Island Topper 1 - 100 This terrifying (innocuous) witching cap was found by the all-powerful (mediocre) wizard Merasmus in the depths of the Hades Spiral (right near the entrance of the Hades Spiral). ( Achievement Item: Not Tradable )

The Skull Island Topper is an unlockable headwear item wearable by all classes. It is a ram's skull that is missing the left horn and has the right eye intact. The Skull Island Topper is the hat worn by Merasmus. Unlike traditional boss hats, this one is not seasonally restricted and can be worn any time of the year.

The hat can be obtained by earning the A Lovely Vacation Spot Necromannchievement by reaching the hat on Skull Island in Ghost Fort, after defeating Merasmus.
