This item is awarded to players who purchase either Dr. Grordbort's Brainiac Pack or Dr. Grordbort's Moonbrain Double Pack from the Mann Co. Store.
Dr. Grordbort's Copper Crest was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
