The Manniversary Paper Hat is a headwear item for all classes. It is a paper hat folded out of the original Jarate advertisement comic starring the Sniper.
It can be obtained by opening the Manniversary Package that was given to players on the Manniversary Update & Sale.

Trivia
- For a short period of time, the manniversary paper hat was craftable. After this was fixed, however, a few crafted manniversary hats remained in the game. Currently, only fourty-three exist.
