The Arkham Cowl is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It is the mask worn by Batman in the video game Batman: Arkham Knight; a black balaclava with pointed ears meant to resemble a bat.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchased Batman: Arkham Knight on Steam before November 16, 2015.
The Arkham Cowl was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
