The Skull Island Topper is an unlockable headwear item wearable by all classes. It is a ram's skull that is missing the left horn and has the right eye intact. The Skull Island Topper is the hat worn by Merasmus.
The hat is obtainable by earning the A Lovely Vacation Spot Scarechievement by reaching the hat on Skull Island in Ghost Fort.
