The Heartwarming Headache is an unreleased promotional headwear item for all classes. It appears as headcrab from Half-Life -series.

Taunting with this item equipped and nearby enemy will cause Heartwarming Headache to jump to another player's head, killing him, and returning to owner's head.

Trivia
