The Noble Amassment of Hats is a headwear item for all Classes. It appears as a black tophat, not unlike the Demoman's Scotsman's Stove Pipe atop a grey bowler similar to the Backbiter's Billycock.
The hat description was written by Nekopawed and has been edited by Valve.
