The Mildly Disturbing Halloween Mask is an unlockable headwear item available to all classes. It appears as a moldering, eldritch veil of such manifold depravity, the human eye will not process the sheer enormity of its malevolence, and out of self-preservation will merely show you a brown paper bag with a team-colored face painted on it with each class having a different picture. It can be unlocked during the annual Haunted Halloween Special Event by any player who completes the Candy Coroner Scarechievement, which involves collecting 20 player-dropped Halloween pumpkins on Harvest Event and Mann Manor. The hat itself can only be worn during the yearly Haunted Halloween Special Event (October 27 to November 9). Otherwise, wearing the mask will result in the default character appearance (an "Empty" head slot).

Trivia
- Like all special reward hats, the Halloween mask cannot be used to craft a hat.
- Whilst wearing this hat outside of the Halloween Event and taunting, it can be seen that the face of each class lacks animation.
