Humanitarian's Hachimaki is a promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It is a white hachimaki bearing a team-colored cherry blossom on the front. On the Soldier, it covers his eyes as well as his forehead.
This item was purchasable in the Mann Co. Store until April 6, 2011 for $7.49. It could be purchased individually or as part of a bundle, with all proceeds, excluding taxes, going to funding the American Red Cross relief operations in Japan following the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami.
