They got a bomb!
The Soldier

The Electric Badge-aloo is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a bomb with wings wearing a glowing team-colored monocle, cane, and top hat.

This item was awarded in Self-Made quality to contributors of the Robotic Boogaloo update, similar to the End of the Line Community Update Medal and the Invasion Community Update Medal.

The Electric Badge-aloo was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Update history

May 17, 2013 Patch #1 (Robotic Boogaloo)

  • The Electric Badge-aloo was added to the game.

Trivia

  • Much like the name of the update itself, the item's name is a reference to the movie Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo. It gained notoriety for being poorly reviewed by critics and as a box office flop compared to its successful predecessor the year before. The term "boogaloo" has entered the pop-culture lexicon as a pejorative nickname for unnecessary and unwanted sequels.
