This item can be obtained by purchasing either Dr. Grordbort's Moonman Pack or Dr. Grordbort's Moonbrain Double Pack from the Mann Co. Store.
Dr. Grordbort's Silver Crest was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
