The Deus Specs are a community-created promotional cosmetic item for all classes. They are based on the sunglasses worn by Adam Jensen in the video game Deus Ex: Human Revolution; a pair of armless and bridgeless sunglasses with gold-tinted shades. If equipped on the Engineer or Pyro, the Specs take the form of their existing eyewear with gold lenses. When worn on the Demoman, the left lens is broken.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Deus Ex: Human Revolution on Steam before August 26, 2011.
