The Arkham Cowl is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It's a black balaclava with pointed ears meant to resemble a bat.

The Arkham Cowl was awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchased Batman: Arkham Knight on Steam before November 16, 2015.

The Arkham Cowl was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Update history

December 4, 2015 Patch

  • The Arkham Cowl was added to the game.

March 17, 2016 Patch

  • Updated the Batman: Arkham Knight promo items so they can be traded.

Unused content

  • The Arkham Cowl is set up for paint to be applied, but the ability to do so is disabled.

Trivia

  • The entries in the Arkham Knight contest are based off the superhero Batman and his many villains. This item is based upon Batman's signature hood, which is designed to resemble a bat's head and ears.
