The Arkham Cowl is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It's a black balaclava with pointed ears meant to resemble a bat.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchased Batman: Arkham Knight on Steam before November 16, 2015.

- The entries in the Arkham Knight contest are based off the superhero Batman and his many villains. This item is based upon Batman's signature hood, which is designed to resemble a bat's head and ears.
