It is the face of the Jimi Jam mascot with sunglasses covering its eyes, on a yellow circle with spikes protruding from it, some of which having orbs at the end, attached to a rainbow ribbon with a pink stripe in the middle.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who donated $5 USD or more to the TF2Maps Summer Jam 2018 charity drive, through item or monetary donations.
This item has two styles, named "Medal" and "Pin". The "Pin" style removes the ribbon from the medal, leaving the head as a pin.
