The Point and Shoot is a promotional headwear item for all classes. It appears as a team-colored pointed 'witch' hat with a large belt above the brim, similar to the hat worn by the wizard Amadeus in Trine 2.

This item is awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-order Trine 2 on Steam before December 6, 2011.

  • The Point and Shoot was added to the game.

Bugs

  • The hat clips through the Sniper's chest when taunting with a melee weapon.

Trivia

  • The hat's backpack icon filename, trn_wiz_hat_demo.vtf, may indicate that it was originally only intended for the Demoman.
  • The hat's name refers to a type of camera built for simple use and operation, with most features built into the body, requiring only "point and click" to capture images.
  • The hat's description references how Amadeus, the wizard, is incapable of conjuring a fireball, which is a recurring joke in Trine.
