Ölünün Kafası, Pyro için topluluk tarafından yapılan bir kozmetik öğedir. Pyro'nun varsayılan gaz maskesini takım renkli bir kurukafa maskesi ile kaplar. Kurukafanın üzerinde takım renkli boya ile çizilmiş birçok şekiller vardır; alın kısmında bir damla sembolü, her iki gözünde etrafında çiçek yaprakları, her iki yanakta da sadeleştirilmiş bıyık, ağız kısmında dudak ve çene de beş tane damlaya benzer şekiller bulunmaktadır. Tüm bu süslemeler boyanabilir.

Bu öğenin "Süslenmiş" ve "Düz" adında iki tane tarzı bulunmaktadır. "Düz" tarzında iken maskenin üstünde ki bütün süslemeler kaldırılır ve eğer boya uygulanmış ise, direkt olarak ilgili boya kurukafaya etki eder.

Ölünün Kafası, Steam Atölyesine katkıda bulunulmuştur.
