Scream Fortress 2018 was a major update released on October 19, 2018. The update added 2 new taunts, 5 new community Halloween maps, 20 new community cosmetic items, 4 new community holiday-restricted cosmetic items, 10 new War Paints, and 17 new Unusual effects. The free Halloween Contracts were reactived in the ConTracker for the Event with 5 new contracts added to cover the new Halloween maps.
