Bombinomicon（以下ボミノミコン）は全クラス用のバッジです。これは光る目と歯茎を持ち、"額"にデモマンのクラスエンブレムのついた革製でねじれて見える大辞典です。カバーの中心にあるギザギザの歯でできた大きな血まみれの円に、漫画チックな爆弾が噛まされています。これを装備して死んだプレイヤーはジブが派手な紫や金色の爆発になります。
これはモノキュラーズを倒した後出現するポータルを通じて行けるルート・アイランドでボミノミコンをゲージいっぱいに集めることで解除される実績 "Dive Into a Good Book" を解除すると与えられるバッジです。ボミノミコンの下記の項目を完了することで複数のプレイヤーに与えられます。多くのハロウィンアイテムと違いハロウィンや満月でなくとも装備できます。爆発の効果は時間に関係なく表示されますが、それは現在時刻に応じて変更されます。普段の爆発は金色ですが、ハロウィンや満月の期間中は紫になります。

Bugs
- The explosion effect still occurs when killed by a weapon that produces its own unique death effect: the Golden Wrench, Your Eternal Reward, Saxxy, Cow Mangler 5000, Righteous Bison, Short Circuit, Wanga Prick, Pomson 6000, Manmelter, Phlogistinator, Spy-cicle, and Neon Annihilator.
- No explosion occurs for feigned deaths.
- If a player who does not have the Bombinomicon equipped is killed and leaves behind a ragdoll, then equips the Bombinomicon before respawning, the ragdoll will explode when the player respawns.
Trivia
- The name "Bombinomicon", a portmanteau of Bomb and Necronomicon, is a reference to the fictional grimoire from the The Evil Dead films which also had a face, was bound in flesh, and inked in blood. The name of the book from the film series was taken, as a tip of the hat, from the works of H. P. Lovecraft, which feature a grimoire of the same name.
- The Bombinomicon in the Underworld of Eyeaduct, the Island of Ghost Fort and the Hell of Helltower have text written on the back, along with a discount price tag of $6.66, and the spine listing it as the 15th edition. The text on the back reads as follows:

- There are hidden images inside the pages of the Bombinomicon in Eyeaduct showing a monster wearing the Demoman grenades in a circle and other assorted Demoman and bomb-making paraphernalia.
