The Star-Spangled Strategy is a community-created special taunt for the Soldier.
When activated, the Soldier grabs out an easel of paper, takes out his stick and points at the drawn paper that reads differently depending on team (“KILL BLU TEAM!!” from RED, or “KILL RED TEAM!!” from BLU). He will speak out a pre-determined voiceline as he points at the paper and raises his left fist. Upon finishing the taunt, he deliberately snaps his stick on his left thigh.
