Hunger Forceはヘビー用その他の装飾品アイテムです。これはヘビーのデフォルトの黒のベストを、油汚れのついた薄手の白シャツに着替え、下腹を露出します。また、ヘビーのエンブレムがあしらわれた金のチェーンネックレスも身に着けます。
このアイテムはValveの要請により、後にSteamワークショップに投稿されました。

- Hunger Forceがゲームに追加された。
- Hunger Forceの描画でクリップを起こしてしまう問題を修正した。
- [非公開] 装備部位属性を従来の 'Scout or Heavy Shirt' から 'Shirt' に変更した。
