The Halloween Spell: Headless Horseshoes is a tool item.
Using it on a hat and then wearing said hat will result in purple fire being left in your wake as you run. It does not erase paint, and can be used with other spells at the same time. Its name is in reference to the Halloween Boss Horseless Headless Horseman.
