When used, it grants the player a Festivizer.
This item can be obtained by activating a Tough Break Campaign Pass. It could also be obtained by unboxing a Tough Break Weapons Case before January 11, 2016.

Notes
- The Smissmas 2015 Festive Gift still lists that it grants a Gun Mettle and Tough Break Festivizer on use, despite the fact that the granted item is now named the Festivizer.
