The Schadenfreude is an action item for all classes. Upon activation, the player will take joy in the suffering of their enemies for several seconds.
This item can be purchased at the Mann Co. Store, can be found in random drops, and may also be found by uncrating a Series #19 Mann Co. Supply Crate. The laughing effect may also take place upon being hit by a critical hit of the Holiday Punch.
