Template:Tool infobox Noise Makers were released during the Scream Fortress update, are Tools, and do just what they say on the tin- make noise. They can be purchased from the Mann Co. Store and come with 25 uses. There are 7 different types of sounds. Equip this item in your action slot and use it during a game. A charge will be consumed when the item is used.
