The Unfilled Fancy Spellbook is an unlockable item given to players who earn the achievement Hat Out of Hell. It is an empty spellbook that requires Spellbook Pages in order to become usable. Spell-book pages can be found by completing Merasmissions, as bonus items when using the Halloween Transmute feature, or by earning the achievement The Mann-tastic Four.
When three pages have been inserted into the book, it is replaced with the Fancy Spellbook.
