Paint Cans are items that allow you to change the color scheme of hats. Paint cans were implemented in the Mann-Conomy Update on September 30, 2010. They come in several colors, all but two can be bought in the Mann Co. store, or found in regular gameplay via random drops, with the final 2, Black and White, being only found by unboxing a Mann Co. Supply Crate.

- The "216-190-216" in the name of Color No. 216-190-216 is the RGB representation of its hexadecimal color code, #D8BED8.
- Zephaniah's Greed is misspelled: it should read Zepheniah's Greed.

Non-paintable items
