This article is for content released in the update. For the patch itself, see October 26, 2017 Patch.
There are 48 Scream Fortress IX contracts that are free for every user, similar to the Pyroland Contracts. Every contract gives you a 'costume gift bag', that gives you a Halloween themed item, similar to the Goodie Cauldron or the Gift Cauldron from previous years. The contracts range from Boss contracts, like the Horseless Headless Horseman, to contacts taking you to community and/or valve made maps. The event is scheduled from October 26, 2017 to November 8, 2017.
