The Stainless Pot is a headwear item for the Soldier. It appears as an ordinary stainless-steel saucepan, which the Soldier wears on his head as an improvised helmet.
The hat description was written by cypherx82 for the Hat Describing Contest. It was slightly edited by Valve.
Trivia
- The item references a classic comedy gag in which pots and pans are used as improvised armor. This reference was supplemented by the introduction of the Frying Pan melee weapon.
- The outer shell of the M1 helmet used by soldiers in World War II was known as the "steel pot".
