The group was started by YouTube content creator Game Cam for the benefit of the International Animal Rescue, a non-profit dedicated to sheltering animals in need. Rally Call was founded on April 20, 2016. The group was started by YouTube content creator Game Cam for the benefit of the International Animal Rescue, a non-profit dedicated to sheltering animals in need. The first event was held in July through the 23-24, 2016, and managed to raise $423.94. The following people are credited with staffing the first event:
