The Corpus Christi Cranium is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It is a jaw-less human skull placed atop of the Engineer's head; it includes a Wrench decal near the top and a mustache on the upper lip area. The decorated skull is based on Calavera, also known as a sugar skull.
