The Milkman is a community-created headwear item for the Scout. It is a white Template:W with a striped black band, and a shiny black visor. It is often associated with stereotypical Template:W of milk in the 1950s.

Trivia
- During development, the hat was called the 'Milk MANN's Hat'.
- The Scout is seen wearing the Milkman with his headset on the Mann-Conomy Update's page, however, equipping this hat removes the headset in game.
