The Heal Grenade is a scrapped grenade weapon that would have belonged to the Medic. This item was cut from the game due to Valve's decision to omit grenades from Team Fortress 2. The Heal Grenade was supposedly going to have the ability to heal teammates within the blast radius.

Trivia

• The design of the Heal Grenade's model is a reference to the 1975 film: Monty Python and the Holy Grail; specifically, The Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch.
• The Lumbricus Lid features two Holy Hand Grenades, worn on the chest, which are strikingly similar to both the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch and the Heal Grenade model.
