Commando Grade Hat

Grade is an intrinsic sub-quality of Decorated weapons and certain cosmetic items.

Grade is not a quality, but rather is used as an indicator of rarity of the item. Decorated weapons and cosmetic items with grade sub-qualities use the respective color code when viewed in-game, rather than the color code associated with their quality.
