- Fixed some Unusual particle effects not drawing correctly
- Updated
trigger_hurt
entities to allow Engineers building in them when they are set for zero or negative damage - Updated Mann Co. Store prices for foreign currencies to current USD equivalents

- Mannpower mode changes:
