The Fear Monger is a community-created Cosmetic item for the Pyro based upon the Batman villain, Scarecrow. - This item along with the other entries in the Arkham Knight contest is based off the superhero Batman and his many villains. This item is based upon Scarecrow, a villain that uses fear based weaponry to cause mayhem in Gotham.
