Skull Island Topper は実績アイテムの全クラス用帽子アイテムです。これは左角の欠けた羊の頭蓋骨で、右目はそのまま残っておりプレイヤーの動きに合わせてぐらつきます。Skull Island Topper はメラスマスの被っていたものです。この帽子はより高いレベルの魔術師を倒すのに貢献したプレイヤーに与えられます。
この帽子は Ghost Fort でメラスマスを倒した後に行けるスカル・アイランドで帽子に触れると解除できる実績"A Lovely Vacation Spot "を解除することで獲得できます。
