Poker Night at the Inventory is a poker game developed by Template:W which features the Heavy as a character. It is still an ongoing promotion that offer players the opportunity to unlock special items for TF2 during special round.
These items are earned by defeating the their respective owners when they bought in with the item instead of cash:
- Defeating Heavy unlocks the Iron Curtain.
- Defeating Max unlocks the Lugermorph and the License to Maim.
- Defeating Tycho unlocks the The Enthusiast's Timepiece.
- Defeating Strong Bad unlocks the Dangeresque, Too?.
In addition, players who pre-ordered the game before November 22, 2010 are awarded the Dealer's Visor.

Trivia
- According to Poker Night at the Inventory, the Iron Curtain is a modified version of Sasha.
- The Lugermorph and the License to Maim are collectively known in Poker Night at the Inventory as the Crimestomper Combo.
- The version of the watch presented in Poker Night at the Inventory is stained with blood on the left of its face. However, the version obtained in Team Fortress 2 has no blood.
- The Dangeresque, Too? was described by Robin Walker as the furthest they could bend the Team Fortress 2 art style.[1]
