The Heal Grenade is a scrapped grenade weapon that would have belonged to the Medic. This item was cut from the game due to Valve's decision to omit grenades from Team Fortress 2.
Trivia
- The design of the Heal Grenade's model appears to be a reference to the 1975 film: Monty Python and the Holy Grail; specifically, "The Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch."
- The Lumbricus Lid features two Holy Hand Grenades, worn on the chest, which appear strikingly similar to both the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch and the Heal Grenade model.
