The Second Banana is a secondary Lunch Box item for the Heavy that was released int he Jungle Inferno Update.
It was contributed in the steam workshop by under the name.
The Second Banana functions similarly to the Sandvich. Pressing the Primary-Fire button will allow the heavy to eat the banana, and heal up to 150 health as fast as the Sandvich does. The Second Banana takes 15 seconds to recharge, which is half the time it takes the Sandvich.
