これらは他のアイテムと同様に、ドロップ、クラフト、購入で手に入れることができます。Dr. Grordbort's CrestはMann Co. ストアでバンドルを購入するとオマケとして入手できます。さらに、コミコン 2011のDark HorseブースのWETAスタンドを訪問すると、無料でRighteous Bisonのプロモーションコードを取得できました。[1]
