El Talismán Vudú (en inglés, Voodoo Juju) es un sombrero desbloqueable disponible para todas las clases. Aparece como un sombrero de copa baja gris de estilo John Bull decorado con un cráneo rodeado de corazones, dedos de esqueleto, y dos anillos de oro. Puede ser comprado en la tienda Mann Co. solo durante el evento Scream FOrtress (Halloween 2010) , entre los días 27 octubre al 8 de noviembre (del 2010). También hay una de entre dos posibilidades de fabricarlo utilizando el Metal Embrujado del Jinete Decapitado Sin Montura junto a 4 Metales Refinados. (El otro posible resultado es la Calavera Escalofriante.)
