The Necro Smasher is an unlockable melee weapon for all classes with the exception of the Spy. It is a slightly-cracked team-colored wooden mallet with a detached, blood spattered robotic arm hanging off the handle and a metal ring going around the head. When equipped on BLU the metal will appear a lighter shade of gray and the wood will appear a darker shade of brown.

There is a much larger version of this weapon used as part of The World's Largest Strongman Machine on Carnival of Carnage. This version features a larger hand and robotic arm, along with blood covering the front of the mallet.

During the Carnival of Carnage bumper car mini game, the Horseless Headless Horsemann uses the Necro Smasher to knock players purposely off the course. The Horseless Headless Horsemann's version of the weapon features a larger mallet head, along with blood on the front of it, which is the same as the blood used on the Carnival of Carnage's version. It also has the Horseless Headless Horsemann's distinctive purple glow on it.

The Necro Smasher is given to any player who obtains the Carnival of Carnage: Step Right Up Merasmachievement.

Ei minun vahtivuorollani Käy poistamassa tyhjentäjä omasta rakennuksestasi useiden metrien päästä.

Rakennusurakka Auta tiimikaveria rakentamaan rakennus. Nopea keikka Tapa Spy ja tuhoa kaksi tyhjentäjää 10 sekunnin kuluessa. Rio Grande Korjaa/lataa toisen Engineerin ohjaama vartiotykki 50 kertaa. Bugs

• Since this weapon is all class and its ability to have the Sentry Quad-Pumpkin spell, if it's applied to the Necro Smasher and is equipped on the Soldier, the spell will also affect any of the Soldier's primary weapons (excluding the Cow Mangler 5000 since it does not fire rockets,) as if they had the Squash Rocket spell applied.
