殘害許可證（License to Maim）是一個全職業都能配戴的促銷其他物品。它是一個刻有「Sam & Max Freelance Police」和數字「1」的金色勳章，牌照的中央還會有一顆藍色的星星和象徵公正的天平。這個勳章看起來跟 Freelance Police 裡 Sam 還有 Max 所戴的徽章一模一樣。

殘害許可證跟魯格變形式會在遊戲《道具撲克夜》裡，擊敗當時帶來以上兩個物品來代替錢的 Max 時贈送給玩家。
