Dr. Grordbort's Victory Pack is a pack of Soldier items released on July 20th, 2011. It was created in collaboration between WETA Workshop and Valve. It is based of the WETA property Dr Grordbort's Infallible Aether Oscillators.
As with most packs, the items are available via drop, craft, and purchase. Anyone who purchases the pack through the Mann Co. Store will recieve Dr. Grordbort's Crest. In addition, visiting the WETA stand at the Dark Horse booth at Comic-Con 2011 would net you a promo code for a free Righteous Bison.
