Dr. Grordbort's Victory Pack is a pack of Soldier items released on July 20th, 2011. It was created in collaboration between WETA Workshop and Valve. It is based off of the WETA property Dr. Grordbort's Infallible Aether Oscillators.
As with most packs, the items were available via drop, craft, and purchase. Anyone who purchases the pack through the Mann Co. Store will recieve Dr. Grordbort's Crest. In addition, visiting the WETA stand at the Dark Horse booth at Comic-Con 2011 would allow you to obtain a promo code for a free Righteous Bison[1].
