Scream Fortress 2015 était une mise à jour majeure parue le 29 octobre 2015 (heure française). Annoncée par le comic Gargoyles & Gravel, la mise à jour ajoute deux nouvelles railleries, 5 nouvelles cartes, 19 nouveaux objets cosmétiques, et une nouvelle campagne. Plutôt que d'introduire une nouveau mode de jeu ou un nouveau boss, la mise à jour célèbre le retour de toutes les particularités des événements Halloween précédents ; mais a tout de même introduit la Gargouille d'âme et les Merasmissions.
